What it does in the demo
- Answers questions about opening hours, services and FAQs.
- Checks availability and takes booking requests, with the same rules as the website.
- Leaves a message for your team when it does not know the answer.
- Introduces itself as a virtual assistant. Speaks European Portuguese and English.
- Never makes up prices, hours or dates: if the information is not there, it says so.
What it does not do yet
It does not answer phone calls yet. We will only announce phone answering once it is tested and ready to use.
